Goving K. Hublikar started the company in Satara district (Maharashtra). He worked as an industrial and government approved civil contractor. He specialized in erecting glass houses for Maharashtra government research and development in the agriculture sector. Mr. Goving was also responsible for the construction work of distilleries, sugar factories and educational institutions.
Pradip Hublikar started working and extablished Chaphalkar-Hublikar company with a redevelopment project. They together completed a lot of commercial and residential projects. Chaphalkar-Hublikar completed 6 projects in the heart of Tilak road.
The company expanded and started projects in Nashik. They completed 6 projects in Nashik.
Mr. Hublikar along with his other partners started Alliance Group. The group worked on big budget projects and had their presence in almost all parts of Pune. Alliance Group completed 50 projects at prime locations of Prabhat & Law College Road.
Mr. Hublikar completed 60 projects in and around Pune. By now the name "Hublikar" is known as a reliable and established name in Pune.
Had the privilege to develop the property of the music legends Hridaynath Mangeshkar, Lata Mangeshkar and their family. Alliance Gandhar is the output of this and we are proud to have their homes in our projects.
As Alliance Group the company expanded and started a project at Shirwal. This was the first time the company developed a N.A. Bungalow plots project with and Amphitheater and other beautiful amenities.
Pratik Hublikar joined the company and started a new venture 'Hublikar Constructions' with his father Mr. Pradip Hublikar.
