Goving K. Hublikar started the company in Satara district (Maharashtra). He worked as an industrial and government approved civil contractor. He specialized in erecting glass houses for Maharashtra government research and development in the agriculture sector. Mr. Goving was also responsible for the construction work of distilleries, sugar factories and educational institutions.
Hublikar Constructions traces its roots to Mr. Pradip Hublikar , who began his career by establishing Chaphalkar-Hublikar Constructions comapny. Starting with a redevelopment project, the partnership went on to deliver several successful commercial and residential developments.
Together , Chaphalkar-Hublikar completed six landmark projects on Tilak Road , one of the Pune's most prominent locations. These achievements reflect a strong foundation built on trust , quality and thoughtful planning.
